Squiseating is the first banqueting service in Sicily created by two Michelin-starred chefs, Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, owners of Coria Restaurant in Catania, awarded 1 Michelin Star.
Founded in 2013, “Squiseating” is a play on words that evokes the goodness and quality of the cuisine offered. With this new project, Colonnetta and Patti aimed to expand their offering by complementing their fine dining experience with a second entrepreneurial venture, bringing their expertise into the world of banqueting.
At the heart of Squiseating’s proposal is the chefs’ cuisine, inspired by the immense heritage of traditional Sicilian recipes, reinterpreted with a contemporary and gourmet approach.
Refined and original, Squiseating’s menus are prepared on site using the most modern equipment, allowing cooking to take place in any location.
The attention to event design is another strong point of Squiseating’s offering. Elegance and versatility ensure that events signed by Squiseating are always recognizable, while at the same time tailored to meet the specific requests of each client.
