A space reserved to Italian sellers to meet foreign buyers; companies are given the opportunity of managing appointments with the guest buyers through a digital agenda for each of the two days.

  • 35 international buyers profiled and chosen according to specific parameters will meet sellers in one-to-one meetings.
  • 60 sellers will be selected each day to meet top-level buyers from the UK, Russia, Northern Europe, China, Japan, Australia, India, North America, South America, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Baltic countries, Saudi Arabia and in general high-spending countries.
  • an Agenda service that will allow sellers to book up to 25 meetings in a single workshop day.

The access credentials to the reserved area and to the agenda functionalities will be sent directly to the exhibitors by email from the Buy Wedding in Italy staff, that will grant all the operative support in defining the meetings.

The programme includes the deployment of a customized invitation as Guest Buyer and a database of International Destination Wedding professionals, such as wedding planner and tour operators, both in Italy and all over the world.

It is based on specific profiling parameters:

  • Subjective: number of weddings organized in Italy in the last two years, headquarter, budget, partnerships and other information required by the registration form to the programme;
  • Objective: evaluation of the visibility rating of the single professionals on different digital communication channels;
  • Further cross-check about notoriety and activities carried out by Italian and foreign referents.

Two days of convention entirely devoted to the Destination Wedding Industry, exclusively for professional operators. An innovative approach and great moment of learning to find new ideas, information and solutions to enter and get results from this emerging economic area.

Twenty lecturers, each of whom is an expert with their specific field of work, will speak during the two days of workshop  – Wednesday the 13th and Thursday the 14th, from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. – a roundtable about territorial marketing, the different products and packages, the trends of the wedding market and the peculiarity of weddings for the different foreign nationalities who are choosing Italy as their destination wedding, trying to discover all the secrets of this market.
